Nú er leikunum lokið og Íslendingar eru enn og aftur að standa sig frábærlega og sýna heiminum að litla eyjan í norðri elur af sér sigurvegara í stórum hópum

- Hlaup með bolta til að líkja eftir erfiðum aðstæðum í fjallahlaupinu
á Games
- Ef ekki eru til boltar fyrir hlaupið, þá lóð eða bjalla í samsvarandi þyngd
- Drop´n Go eða Reset´n Go í Réttstöðulyftunni, til að líkja eftir Réttstöðulyftu Ladder á Games
- Ab-Mat Uppsetur m/bolta í stað GHD á Games
- Boltinn snertir gólf niðri og endar í læstri stöðu fyrir ofan höfuð uppi

- 2 saman á stöng í DL ef hægt er til að spara burð á lóðum og auðvelda þannig framkvæmd

    WOD 16:14IMO hardest part was maiiatnning grip on toes to bar. oh, and burpeees, holy moly. on a brighter note, something clicked in my head on double unders today (maybe it's because i was actually using a good rope and had plenty of space) and i nailed about 2 sets of 20 DU's in a row. wow took 4 months to get that down!
