    Mark - 16:33 rx mixed toes to bar with some knees to elbows. Still wrikong on them. paleo observations; can definitely feel the benefits of eating clean in the endurance wods but also feel like I have lost some strength. I was very discouraged after yesterday's totals but did well today. I guess this is just part of the process.[]
