eru allir velkomnir, meðlimir og
fjölskylda þeirra og vinir og hver
sá sem langar að prófa CrossFit
og hreyfa sig aðeins um páskana

Fimmtudagur - Skírdagur 10:00-14:00
Föstudagur - hinn Langi 10:00-14:00
Sunnudagur - Páskadagur 10:00 - 14:00
Mánudagur - 2. í Páskum 10:00-14:00

Alla dagana verða WOD keyrð kl.
10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30 og 12:00

Laugardaginn - inn á milli verður
hefðbundin opnun og WOD 09:30-16:00
