Nú styttist í Meridian Regionals, Evrópa og Afríka saman, og af þeim sökum munu öll WOD nýhafinnar viku vera keppnis-WOD úr Regional keppnum síðastliðinna ára.

Gerðu þér grein fyrir því að þessi WOD eru öll hönnuð með bestu CrossFittara í heimi í huga.

Meridian Regionals keppnin fer fram í Köben um næstu helgi 29-31. maí og CrossFit Reykjavík sendir sterkan hóp keppenda bæði í einstaklings og liðakeppni.
