Beginner Courses start first Monday of every month. Classes are taught 3 times per week – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays – for 4 weeks – a total of 12 classes.

The courses cover the fundamentals and basic movements in CrossFit. You begin by learning simple exercises and drills but as you progress they gradually become more complex and demanding. The Beginner Course is suitable for everyone regardless of experience. Only upon completing the Beginners Course will you be eligible for your first WOD.
