Drop-In Information

Visitors are always welcome to drop in and train with us! To ensure a great experience, all drop-ins must have at least 3 months of CrossFit experience and be familiar with the fundamental movements.

Drop-ins are welcome to join both classes and Open Gym. Open Gym is available throughout all opening hours, and drop-in classes are at the times listed below:

Drop-In Class Schedule

Weekdays (Mon–Fri): Open 06:00–21:00
Drop-in classes at 07:00, 12:00, and 16:00

Saturdays: Open 09:00–15:00
Drop-in class at 09:00

Sundays: Open 10:00–15:00
Drop-in class at 10:00

Classes vary by day:

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays feature either Hyrox or Olympic Weightlifting classes.
All other days offer CrossFit classes.
Feel free to contact us in advance if you’d like to know which class is scheduled during your visit.

Language 

All our classes are coached in Icelandic. However, if you don’t speak Icelandic, don’t worry! Our coaches will provide live translation throughout the session to ensure you feel included and can follow along. We frequently host international visitors, so this way everyone can feel at home.

Drop-In Fees

Single class: ISK 3,650
One-week pass: ISK 9,200

Our facility includes well-equipped changing rooms, showers, and a spa area with a hot tub, cold tub, and infrared sauna.
