Exercise during pregnancy is proven to be extremely beneficial. It has been shown that it eases labour and reduces recovery time post pregnancy.
The mommy WODs are especially designed for new and soon to be moms. They are easily and immediately adjustable to suit your form on any given day. The classes are taught on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 9 am and you are welcome to bring your little one along.
