We can’t emphasize enough the importance of proper technique. A beginner’s course, where you learn to safely perform all the fundamental exercises, is a prerequisite for all WODs*.

Our Beginner Course starts first Monday of every month. Classes are taught on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for 4 weeks for a total of 12 classes. You can sign up for the Beginner’s Course on our web page.

Those who already take regularly part in physical activity or have a solid athletic foundation have the option of signing up for a small group or One on One Express Beginner Course. The Express Beginner Course is more intense and the number of sessions depends on the coach’s assessment of each individual’s current fitness level. WOD stands for Workout of the Day and they are, without exception, led by one (or more) coaches. At the beginning of each WOD your coach takes you through a brief warm-up, mobility drills, and skills training. You are required to sign up before each WOD and you can do so through Wodify or at our reception desk.
